kevin collins kidnapping case. kron 4 has uncovered the identity of a person of interest. in the 19-84 san francisco abduction. kron-4's grant lodes found out more about who lived in the house. which police recently searched for clues. the primary suspect - dan therrien went by the nickname kelly.and died in 2008. kron four talked to therrien's former landlord - who owned this sunset district home. that's where therrien and his partner, jack chow moved into in 1997. prior to that, the two lived in the masonic avenue home where police dug up bones on tuesday. that haight-ashbury home on masonic is across the street from saint agnes - where kevin collins attended basketball practice before vanishing in 1984. therrien's former landlord

says the suspect wore his blond hair shoulder length - similar to description of last person seen talking to collins before he disappeared. the landlord tells us sfpd's cold case unit recently showed up with a picture askinge remembered about them. therrien's former partner jack chow - the other tennant - is not believed to be a suspect. after therrien died, chow told the landlord he was moving to canada. the landlord says he's shocked to learn his former tennant may have been involved. and hopes infornation he provided helps crack this cold case and bring closure to a family still in

>> pam: another developing story out of mexico. right now the military is using rescue dogs to locate and extract people trapped in rubble after a deadly building explosion earlier today. it happened at the main headquarters of pemex, a state controlled oil haft company. this is video from earlier today. the number of deaths has risen to 25 people with 101 injured in the explosion. three floors have been heavily damaged. the cause is unclear at this time, but it's believed to have come from the basement of the 52-story tower. a concord deli re- opened for business today following a noro-virus outbreak. more than 40 people became ill after eating sandwiches. kron 4's reggie kumar tells

us what the restaurant owner thinks happened. north park deli owner johnny kim tells me two of his workers who put the sandwiches together had the norovirus and didn't know it. kim says his workers delivered the food to bio care medical in concord. 110 people ate the sandwiches, and 45 people got sick. they complained of fever, vomitting, and dirahrea. the highly contagious virus lasts 48 hours. contra costa county department of public health, asked kim to shutdown his restaurant on tuesday, in order to scrub it from top to bottom. kim says his employees never showed any symptoms. kim says his deli passed the last health inspection, with no violations reported. in concord reggie kumar kron 4 news. super bowl is fever

>> a domestic cat in the glen ellen area has rabies. the confirmed case is the first domestic animal case in the area since 19-97. release specific details about the rabies incident.except that the cat was unvaccinated. animal care and control director said that the cat bit someone--that person received rabies shots shortly after. state law requires vaccinations of all dogs and it is strongly recommended that cats also be vaccinated. >> gary: coming up the players are done to alting. on harbaugh vs harbaugh. of super bowl history and a warrior highlights.

>> a 14-year-old boy home from the hospital tonight after being shot in the back of the neck at an atlanta middle school. police say it began with a fight between two students. one of them opened fire outside the school. an armed guard was able to grab the boy's gun a few moments later. alabama police continue to work to release a five- year-old boy from a hostage situation. authorities have not released the suspects' name, but local news outlets have identified him as jimmy lee dykes. they say the standoff between dykes and authorities began after he shot a bus driver and took the boy off a school bus. he has kept the child in an underground bunker for the

past three days. retail giant walmart is putting a limit on how much ammunition customers can buy. this comes after a surge in demand following the deadly shooting at sandy hook elementary in connecticut. joe johns reports. >> wal-mart is not the only retailer. this spans of a new store is setting a limit of only 10 boxes per day for semiautomatic weapons. there is increased demands and retail stores nationwide. firearms have a few reasons why. increased gun prices and record highs. more guns,
